Merchants that use an account to sell on Fyndiq need to accept these Merchant Guidelines and the Terms of Service. The Terms of Service can be found here.

Fyndiq works on a fair transaction based Service Fee model. There are no setup, monthly or listing fees which apply.

The Service Fee is 15% excl. VAT of gross product selling price including shipping cost on Fyndiq. This is applicable to all categories.

Fyndiq will charge the Service Fee for every product sold over Fyndiq. There are no refunds of Service Fee if the order is not fulfilled or customers make returns or claims of products.

Fyndiq has a very selective approach towards the top marketplace merchants from outside of Europe for our shopping app "Fyndiq Superbilligt".

Fyndiq offers an online marketplace platform which works on a commission based model. This means, Fyndiq offers a technical platform for merchants to offer retail products for sale to consumers (B2C). Fyndiq markets products on and outside the platform to generate sales for the merchants offering the products. Fyndiq does not hold any product stock or sells products directly to customers.

When an order is placed by a customer through the Fyndiq platform, the contractual relationship is between the merchant and customer. Fyndiq only acts as an intermediary to facilitate the transaction and handle communications.
